The Ross Graham trained mare was restrained at the start with regular reinsman Daryl Douglas content to bide his time at the back of the field for the majority of the race before setting her alight in the final stages with the mare charging home to defeat Sundons Gift by a neck. Earl Of Mot finished strongly to take third.
It was the talented trotter's 15th lifetime win, with Saturday's stakes-money improving her earnings to $147,780.
Sassy Pinevale is the best performed foal to date of Sundon mare Galleons Bliss.
