At two, Live Or Die's major victories were the $600,000 Governor’s Cup, International Stallion Stakes, Bluegrass Stakes, American National, a Breeders’ Crown elim (3rd in Final), Woodrow Wilson elim (2nd in Final) and a division of the New Jersey Sires’ Stakes (2nd in Final).
At three, Live Or Die was plagued with injuries & illness during this campaign but was racetimed in 1:53.2 when 2nd beaten a head.
At four, Live Or Die's trainer Bob McIntosh believed he had just sorted his three-year-old problems out when the horse was sold ‘Down Under’. He won his last start in 1:52.6.
