A Rocknroll Dance filly scores in Stallion Series Final

The Chris Oakes trained A Rocknroll Dance filly Sidewalk Dancer was a dominant winner of the $40,000 Pennsylvania Stallion Series Final for 2-year-old fillies at The Meadows on September 2, stretching her unbeaten run to five in a row.

Despite drawing the outside Sidewalk Dancer was in front and in control by the quarter mile pole.

The short priced favourite never gave punters any cause for concern, striding out to a two-length win under a hold in a time of 1:53.6.

It was the promising youngster's fifth win from seven race-day starts with the filly unbeaten in her last five races. She has banked $54,560 in stakes-money to date.

Bred by White Birch Farm, Sidewalk Dancer is out of the Life Sign mare Road Sign and is a half to Levy Final winner and millionaire pacer Domethatagain.
