The Jamie Madruga trained No Win No Feed was a comfortable winner of a Bathurst Gold Tiara Heat (1730m) at Bathurst on Friday evening.

The A Rocknroll Dance sired race favourite was left parked early on in the last of the heats, but received cover from Supersonic Rainbow when that filly moved up to sit outside of the leader. Given a comfortable middle section No Win No Feed was able to sprint home the best in the straight to score by 1.5m from Supersonic Rainbow, with the pace-making Mercy Bee Lord a further metre back in third.

No Win No Feed rated 1:58.9 for her debut win.

Bred by Dr Reginald and Denise Walsh, No Win No Feed is out of their race-winning Art Major mare Designer Rose.

It was a good evening for A Rocknroll Dance with his daughters One Kool Kat and Miss Streisand also placing second and third in a NZ Sires Stakes 2YO Fillies Heat at Alexandra Park on Friday.
