A Rocknroll Dance has begun his North American stud career in style with the beautifully bred stallion siring two qualifying winners and a number of other impressive qualifiers in the past week!

His first qualifying winner Yankee Will Dance won at Harrahs Philadelphia in 1:57.8 on Tuesday with the Kevin Lare trained filly leading all the way to score by a length and a half.

Yankee Will Dance was a $32,000 yearling purchase at Harrisburg and is out of the Cam Fella line mare Bootleg Yankee, a daughter of Allamerican Native.

The Ron Burke trained A Rocknroll Dance colt Instructor was also a super impressive qualifying winner at The Meadows, Pennsylvania on Thursday, sitting in the trail throughout before opening out to a four and three-quarter length win in the straight, running his last quarter in 27.2 and the mile in 1:57.8.

A homebred, Instructor is out of the Artsplace mare Liscaramore, who is from the maternal family of champion pacers Lis Mara, Albert Albert and I Luv The Nitelife.

The world champion son of Rocknroll Hanover has had a number of other impressive qualifiers in the past week, in particular the filly Cuts Like A Knife who was a strong second in her qualifier at Harrahs Philadelphia on Tuesday in a swift 1:55

Reports from Southern Hemisphere trainers on their A Rocknroll Dance yearlings have been very positive to date too, with the majority of his youngsters typically having a good gait and attitude.
