It was a big night for the progeny of A Rocknroll Dance at Albion Park on Saturday, with the Group 1 winners No Win No Feed and Big Wheels both taking out feature races on the card.

Last start Breeders Crown winner No Win No Feed made light work of winning the Group 3 Forever Gold Mares Classic, with the big mare blasting off the gate and leading throughout to comfortably score by a little more than a length.

It was the 13th lifetime win for the reigning Australian 3YO Pacing Filly of the Year, taking her career earnings to $385,240.

Purchased for just $10,000 at the APG Sydney Yearling Sale back in 2017, No Win No Feed is out of the winning Art Major mare Designer Rose.

Big Wheels won in similar fashion, with the QBred Triad Final winner charging off the gate in the Listed Grants Finito 2YO Feature to hold the lead from barrier one. He then proceeded to control the tempo throughout and fought off the challenge from Frontliner and Manila Playboy in the straight to win by a length in 1:54.9 for the 1660m.

It was the Chantal Turpin trained 2-year-old’s fourth win of the season and improved his earnings to $94,910.

A home bred for John Polson, Big Wheels is out of the nine win Washington V C mare Washington Lass, who almost snared a feature race double with her progeny, with the full brother to Big Wheels, Blacksadance just being run down on the line in the Group 3 3YO Colts and Geldings Classic and having to settle for second.

A Rocknroll Dance was also the sire of third placed-getter in the Group 3 4YO Championship, with the NZ bred L L Cool J franking his recent good form at Albion Park with the black type placing.
