The Andover Hall Group 1 winning juveniles Jaxnme and Is That A Bid were in dominant form in their respective Aldebaran Park Breeders Crown 2YO Trotters Heats at Maryborough on Thursday afternoon.

The Russell Jack trained Jaxnme (pictured) was simply too big and too strong for her rivals in the second of the fillies heats, leading throughout to take a comfortable 9m win over the second favourite Magical

The consistent filly has now won her last five races in a row, including both Group 1 Vicbred Finals, and is the season’s richest Australian 2-year-old trotter to date with earnings of $91,200.

In the second of the colts and geldings heats, the Michael Hughes trained Is That A Bid was even more impressive, trotting out to a massive 16.7m win over the well fancied Dreamee

The Redwood Classic runner-up has had the eight starts now for two wins and five placings and has earned just under $50,000 in stakes-money.

Andover Hall remains the leading Australian sire of 2-year-old trotters by stakes won, individual winners and average earnings and despite small crop numbers will be represented by five 2YO and 3YO Breeders Crown finalists at Tabcorp Park Melton this Saturday.
