Lazarusʻ oldest North American crop continues to impress with his progeny winning both $150,000 New Jersey Classic Finals for 3-year-old pacers at The Meadowlands on Saturday night.

In the colts and geldings final Voukefalas made light work of winning, moving up to take the lead through a sizzling 54 first half and then, despite being taken on through the third quarter, kicking clear at the top of the straight to score untouched by two and a quarter lengths in a career best time of 1:49.4.

It was the two-time New Jersey Sires Stakes championʻs seventh lifetime win and took his earnings to $589,155.

Voukefalas is out of the Cams Fortune mare Inittowinafortune, who lived up to her name during her time on the track, amassing almost $700,000 in stakes.

The Virgil Morgan Jr. trained Odds On Cinamon took out the fillies final in her first feature race start, upsetting the New Jersey Sires Stakes Final winner Ucandoit Blue Chip.

Settling towards the back of the field off the gate, Odds On Cinamon led up the running line through the second quarter before finding cover behind Ucandoit Blue Chip.

Coming off the race favouriteʻs back in the straight Odds On Cinamon sprinted home strongly to score by three-quarters of a length from Ucandoit Blue Chip in a new lifetime mark of 1:50.4.

The 3-year-old daughter of Lazarus has now won four of her 10 starts, and placed in a further five, for earnings of $108,600.

She is out of the Art Official mare Cinamony.
