The Erv Miller trained Muscle Mass filly Supergirl Riley was a class above her rivals in the first of the Bluegrass Divisions for 3YO Trotting Fillies at The Red Mile today.

Beaten for the lead through the first quarter, Supergirl Riley came off the early pacemaker, UrbanĀ  Legend's back to take control of the race by the half way point, kicking clear in the straight to score by three and three-quarter lengths from the handy Live Laugh Love in a career best time of 1:52.4.

The last start New York Sire Stakes consolation winner and Zweig Memorial victor over world champion Muscle Mass filly Plunge Blue Chip has now won nine races and $375,763 in stakes-money.

A $32,000 2016 Lexington Select purchase, Supergirl Riley is out of the winning Cantab Hall mare Crown Laurel and is a full sibling to the multiple Ontario Sire Stakes Gold division victor and European Group 1 winner Muscle Hustle.
