The NZ bred filly Brulee became the lastest stakes winner for Vincent when taking out the $50,000 Group 3 3YO Diamond Classic (2,130m) at Gloucester Park on Friday night.

Four back in the running line she launched a sustained run with just over a lap to go, hitting the lead at the 400m mark.

The daughter of Vincent then dug deep in the straight to hold off the challengers, crossing the line half a length clear of Gliding Star and Flametree.

It was her third career win to date and took her earnings to $51,852.

Bred by Alabar NZ, Brulee is out of the Pacific Rocket mare Russian Rocket, the dam also of the well-performed stakes-placed pacers Dynamite Denn Nee and Machamillion.

Brulee is the sixth stakes winner from Vincentʻs debut crop and his third in the past month.
