Platinum Revolution was far too good for her rivals in the Group 3 Pink Bonnet at Tabcorp Park Menangle on Friday night, scoring a comfortable victory, despite a tough trip, over her fellow 2-year-olds.

The Shane and Lauren Tritton trained daughter of Changeover sat parked for most of the mile trip before taking the lead at the home turn and running out an easy winner by four and a half metres over Major Kiss. Ally Rogan was a further six and half metres back in third place. (Watch replay)

Platinum Revolution's time for the 1,609m feature was a smart 1:54.7.

Third to the colts in last weekend's 1:52.6 Sapling Stakes, Platinum Revolution is the winner of two of her three starts to date for earnings of $24,600.

Bred in New Zealand by Mark and Katie McNamara, Stephen Etheridge and Aaron Goadsby, Platinum Revolution is out of the quartet's winning Falcon Seelster mare Champagne Franco.
