A Rocknroll Dance filly Sidewalk Dancer continued her strong early season 3-year-old form with an easy win in a division of the Adios Betty at The Meadows today.

In the one-one position by the half-way mark of the $80,000 Pennsylvania Sire Stakes feature, Sidewalk Dancer tipped three-wide at the three-quarter pole and quickly sprinted clear of her rivals, crossing the line two lengths clear of Alexa's Power in a time of 1:52.

It was the Chris Oakes trained filly's third win from four starts in 2018 and her eighth overall, taking her earnings to $157,779 from 13 lifetime starts to date.

Bred by White Birch Farm, Sidewalk Dancer is out of the Life Sign mare Road Sign and is a half to eight winners, including the millionaire Levy Final winner Domethatagain.

Earlier in the first of the two Adios Betty divisions, Aldine Hanover just missed making it a feature double for A Rocknroll Dance, finishing second by a head to Serene Stride.

Aldine Hanover's second placing, did however ensure that she became A Rocknroll Dance's sixth North American first crop foal to earn over $100,000 in stakes.
